What makes Ewas Cleaning Service different than other cleaning companies?

We have been around for over 14 years and are Chicago locals for over 20. We are very personal and professional. We offer what some of the bigger companies can’t which is individualization. We have adapted to many different requests and situations in the past and will continue to make lives better for all.

How many people will clean my home?

In most cases, our professionals work by themselves or with one other person. If it is an ongoing service we want those 1-2 professionals to get to know you and your home to make sure your service is personalized. Our cleanings don’t go as fast as large teams, but our goal is to be non-intrusive, and with a large team we can get in the way.

Will I always have the same cleaning professional?

We always try to send the same professionals to your home that you have formed great relationships with. In certain situations our professionals might get ill, have a day off, or go on that much needed vacation. In situations like that we have some great pros standing by to take their place. It’s our mission to clean it for you so you don’t have to!

How do I pay for my cleaning?

Ewas Cleaning Service accepts the following: Cash, Personal Check, Visa. Payment is due at the time of service and we require a credit card on file prior to your cleaning.

What is the cost of my cleaning?

There are a number of factors that attribute to cost. The primary factors are size and condition of your home. The frequency will also attribute to the cost.

Should I tip my cleaning Professional?

We always encourage you to show your appreciation to your cleaning professional. Gratuity is a great and powerful thing but not a requirement. Any way to show appreciation goes a long way.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you ever need to cancel or skip a cleaning day, just give us two business days notice. This will give us time to reassign the cleaning professional. If we receive less than two business days’ notice it may be necessary for us to charge up to the full price of your cleaning.

What if my scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday?

We highly encourage our customers to give us feedback so we continually customize your service. The feedback we receive helps us to make ourselves better.
